Water Flows from the 5th to the 1st Floor, Walls Crumbling from Moisture: Resident
Since last year, I have been saying that water is flowing from the entrance water meters and the walls are crumbling from moisture. Instead of fixing the poor work, they only plastered the wall without resolving the water flow issue. This is what we have today. This was written by journalist Narine Ghalechyan on her Facebook page, accompanied by a video.
“There is no one to sober this situation up. We are counting the days until we leave the building so that our legal homeowners' association can start functioning and we can fix its shortcomings. This person does not care about any of us, and is not affected by any organization. Our developer only wants money, claiming that if we don't pay for 'services,' they will cut off our electricity (and also water, because the water pumping station operates on a fee basis). Supposedly, they provided service and are demanding money. Water is flowing from the 5th to the 1st floor. Let's see if they will clean it all up, or if we will have to do it and pay for it ourselves.
P.S. When buying a new house, be sure to check who the developer is; I will assist as much as I can. I hope we will soon be freed from this most problematic developer and they will leave our buildings,” she wrote. More in the video.
