Liquid Gas Sales Suspended at Filling Station: Details
In the framework of supervisory measures conducted by the Republic of Armenia's Market Surveillance Inspectorate, inspections were carried out at the filling station owned by "Davo Oil" LLC, located at 41/1 Rubinyants Street, Yerevan, based on a citizen's complaint.
The inspectorate reported that as a result of the supervisory measures, it was recorded that the business entity operated an uncalibrated measuring device and engaged in underfilling, violating metrology regulations and standards.
Due to the identified violations, the sale of liquid gas at the filling station has been suspended until the violations are rectified. The business entity will be subjected to administrative liability in accordance with the law.
The Republic of Armenia's Market Surveillance Inspectorate urges consumers to refrain from refueling at the mentioned filling station, as multiple incidents of underfilling have been recorded at various addresses for the same business entity in recent months.
