Americans Will Go After It Themselves: Trump

US President Donald Trump has stated that if Iran does not transfer its stockpile of enriched uranium to the United States, Americans will go after it themselves.

“At the right moment, we will either go in there (for the uranium – ed.) or we will get it. I think we will probably get it. But if we don’t get it, then we will go in,” he told reporters.

The recording of his interaction with the press was released by the White House during his flight back from Beijing.

Trump expressed confidence that such an operation would not be complicated. “I think they would be thoroughly crushed, and we won’t be risking anything. We have the equipment to obtain it (the uranium – ed.),” he said.
