Criminal Proceedings Initiated for Humiliating a 12-Year-Old Child

A criminal case has been initiated in Sisian regarding the infliction of severe physical pain or severe mental suffering on a 12-year-old boy, and the use of information or communication technologies to commit hooliganism against him as an individual in a helpless situation. The investigation is ongoing, as reported by the Investigative Committee.

Earlier, it was reported that on May 12, officers from the Community Police Department of Sisian received operational information that two underage teenagers had verbally abused and slapped a 12-year-old boy, humiliating him and recording the entire incident on a mobile phone. Subsequent measures were carried out in active cooperation with educators.

As a result, the two 14-year-old teenagers were located and taken to the Community Police Department. The documents prepared and the seized mobile phone used to film the incident have been submitted to the Sisian Investigative Division.
