The Central Electoral Commission has once again informed that administrative resources are the human, financial, and material means controlled by individuals holding public positions and public service positions during elections, which is determined by their oversight of personnel, finances, and allocations in the public sector.
"It is prohibited to use administrative resources by those in public service, health or medical organizations, educational institutions, and employees of preschool educational institutions during the organization and implementation of electoral campaigning while exercising their powers or acting in an official capacity.
We once again urge everyone to conduct electoral campaigning within the framework of regulations stemming from the constitutional law 'Electoral Code of the Republic of Armenia,'" the statement said.
