Welcoming the Allocation of 30 Million Euros: Statement
In the joint statement following the Armenia-European Union summit, the allocation of up to 30 million euros was addressed, provided to Armenia through the European Union's "European Peace Facility."
Point 29 of the statement reads: "We welcome the two rounds of non-lethal support allocated to Armenia under the European Peace Facility, amounting to up to 30 million euros, aimed at enhancing Armenia's resilience and promoting the interoperability of its armed forces for future participation in international missions and operations, including those conducted by the EU."
It is noted that in the summer of 2024, the fund first approved 10 million euros for Armenia, after which a decision was made in January 2026 to allocate an additional 20 million euros.
