Rocket Threat Declared in UAE: Defense Ministry Prepares for Large-Scale Attack on Iran
The United Arab Emirates' National Emergency Crisis and Disasters Management Authority has announced a rocket threat. The UAE Ministry of Defense has reported that the country’s air defense systems are currently engaged in combating missile strikes and drones launched from Iran.
The warning was disseminated by Al Jazeera. This incident marks the first occurrence following the activation of a ceasefire agreement between the United States and Iran.
The defense department's statement reads: “The air defense systems of the United Arab Emirates are actively responding to threats related to missiles and drones. The Ministry of Defense asserts that the sounds heard across the country are the result of ongoing combat operations against missiles and drones,” the statement indicates.
