VIDEO: Water-Related Issues Will Be Absolute Priority, Says Pashinyan
Water-related issues will be one of the priorities of state policy in the Republic of Armenia over the next five years. This was announced by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a government meeting.
The Prime Minister noted that there is hardly a settlement in Armenia that does not face water-related problems. According to him, in many communities, due to a lack of irrigation water, citizens are using drinking water for irrigation purposes, which leads to both water loss and a decrease in the volume of supplied water.
“In the next 5 years, water-related issues will be one of our 5 priorities. Just as the peace agenda was a priority for us in the previous term, in the next five years, water-related issues will be an absolute priority,” Pashinyan stated.
