On Gandaz and Putin: Daniel Ioannisyan's Commentary
On Gandaz and Putin. This is the title of the commentary by Daniel Ioannisyan, the program coordinator of the 'Civil Society Institute.'
“Gandaz, the reserve colonel known as Arthur Avanesyan, was reportedly considering his political force as a workplace, where, according to recordings, he is paid. I couldn't help but recall the words of Russian President Vladimir Putin, who asked for Pashinyan to allow pro-Russian elements to participate in the 'political activities.' What can I say, 'political activity' or 'political work' is their business... If, of course, that salary is coming from the party budget, then that money has legally entered the party, and all taxes are being paid for that salary,” wrote Daniel Ioannisyan.
