Video: Paving Works Have Started in Gyumri, Says Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure
By order of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, funded by the state budget, the Bagratuniats Ring and the street adjacent to the Holy Savior Church in Gyumri are undergoing asphalt paving. This was reported by the Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, Davit Khudatyan, on his social media page.
