According to information from Channel 5, the Anti-Corruption Committee has detained Arthur Avanesyan, a scout and team member of Samvel Karapetyan, the leader of the "Strong Armenia" party, in Khandaz. The channel suggests that Avanesyan's arrest is part of a pattern involving the recent detentions of Karapetyan's associates and is connected to alleged violations in the electoral processes.
