Precipitation to Resume with New Intensity: Expect Blizzards, Wet Snow, and Thunderstorms
The territory of the Republic of Armenia is expected to experience precipitation from April 10-13, with significant amounts in many regions. In mountainous and some pre-mountain areas, it will be in the form of snow and wet snow, while in valley regions, it will fall as rain. Isolated areas may experience thunderstorms.
On April 14, dry weather is anticipated. This information is provided by the Hydrometeorological and Monitoring Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
On April 10-11, some regions can expect wind gusts of 20-24 m/s, blizzard conditions in the mountainous areas, and low horizontal visibility. The air temperature is not expected to change significantly.
In Yerevan, from April 10-13, occasional rain is also expected, with a possibility of thunderstorms. Wind gusts of 12-15 m/s are expected. Today, the temperature in the capital will be around 13-15 degrees Celsius in the daytime, dropping to +10...+12 degrees in the evening.
