Former Russian Deputy Minister of Defense Sentenced to 19 Years in Prison
The Russian military court has sentenced former Deputy Minister of Defense Pavel Popov to 19 years in prison on corruption charges. This information was reported by RIA Novosti.
It is noteworthy that the 69-year-old Popov was arrested in the summer of 2024 in connection with alleged fraud related to the construction of the "Patriot" park near Moscow.
