VIDEO: I Do Not Consider Myself an Oligarch, Gagik Tsarukyan
On April 9, prior to the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) congress, party leader Gagik Tsarukyan responded to claims that he is portrayed as a 'Belarus-friendly oligarch' during a conversation with journalists. He raised the question of whether such labeling could be considered offensive, stating that he does not consider himself an oligarch.
According to him, an oligarch must be a person who utilizes state mechanisms, while he does not attribute such a status to himself. At the same time, he emphasized that he has friendly relations with the President of Belarus.
