Vazgen Saghatelyan's Restraining Measure Changed, Lawyer Says
The restraining measure applied to Vazgen Saghatelyan, co-author of the "Imnemnim" podcast, was changed from detention to house arrest. This was announced by his lawyer Arsen Babayan during a conversation with journalists.
It is noteworthy that Narik Samsonyan and Vazgen Saghatelyan were arrested on the morning of November 13 within the framework of a criminal case initiated by the Investigative Committee.
Their lawyers reported that their clients have been charged with hooliganism. Both Samsonyan and Saghatelyan deny the charges brought against them.
