Snow, Blizzard, and Low Visibility Expected: Weather in Armenia
Significant precipitation is expected in most regions of the Republic during the day on March 7, with scattered showers in some areas on the 8th and 9th. In mountainous and pre-mountainous regions, this will manifest as snow, while lowland areas will experience a mix of snow and rain, as well as rain alone. Mountainous areas should also prepare for blizzard conditions and reduced horizontal visibility. From March 10-12, dry weather is anticipated.

The wind will be from the southwest, blowing at a speed of 2-5 m/s. The air temperature is expected to decrease by 2-4 degrees during the day on March 7, and gradually increase by the same amount during daytime hours from March 9-12.
In Yerevan, there are expectations of mixed precipitation of snow and rain on the afternoon of March 7, and on the night and morning of March 8. Dry weather is forecasted for the afternoon of March 8, with no precipitation expected from the 9th to the 12th.
