Tucker Carlson Apologizes to Israeli President Isaac Herzog
American political commentator Tucker Carlson has apologized to Israeli President Isaac Herzog. Carlson issued the apology after stating in an interview with U.S. Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee that Herzog had visited American financier Jeffrey Epstein's island.
In a video posted on platform X, Carlson mentioned that he had received a letter from Herzog's office, emphasizing that the President had never met or had any connection with Epstein. "I have no evidence that he ever visited the island. I apologize for implying that I knew something that I actually did not," Carlson stated.
Herzog's office had previously denied any hints of a connection between Herzog and Epstein, stressing that such statements have no factual basis.
