Armenia Acquires Drones from the USA: Nikol Pashinyan
The Republic of Armenia has acquired V-BAT type unmanned aerial vehicles from the United States. This was announced by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a joint statement with U.S. Vice President Jay D. Vence in Yerevan.
The Prime Minister emphasized that this acquisition represents significant progress in the area of Armenian-American military and defense partnership.
“Armenia has acquired V-BAT-type unmanned aerial vehicles from the USA, whose effectiveness has been proven through extensive operational experience, and which will significantly contribute to strengthening our defense capabilities,” Pashinyan added.
According to him, this deal, carried out under the U.S. Foreign Military Sales program, will serve as a foundation for expanding further cooperation.
