Rescuers Clear Rocks from Yerevan-Meghri Road; Traffic Restored in Both Directions
Rescuers have removed the rocks from the traversable section of the road; traffic has been restored in both directions. The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports this.
It was recalled that this morning, the crisis management center of the Vayots Dzor regional rescue service received information that there had been a rockfall on the Yerevan-Meghri highway, in the section from the junction near the village of Herher to the junction of Jermuk. The road had become one-way traffic only.
