Former Masis mayor David Hambardzumyan has been transferred from prison to his home. In addition to family members, numerous citizens gathered to welcome David Hambardzumyan as he returned from custody.
It is noteworthy that today an alternative measure was applied to David Hambardzumyan, involving house arrest and bail. The decision was made by the Armenian Court of Appeals, presided over by Harutyun Petrosyan.
