Moses Hakobyan Might Have Shame and Honor and Remain Silent: Suren Papikyan
The Minister of Defense, Suren Papikyan, stated that he is not lying when he asserts that one of the main problems during the 44-day war was the unpreparedness of the reserve forces.
He was accused of lying by the former Chief of the General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces, General-Major Moses Hakobyan.
“You know, my sense of correctness does not allow me to respond to Moses Hakobyan in the same manner. I am not lying; it is obvious to everyone. Perhaps Moses Hakobyan should have some shame and honor and remain silent; I urge him to refrain from speaking up, as it is the result and consequence of their actions,” said Papikyan.
