According to the conclusion of the forensic examination commissioned within the framework of the criminal proceedings, the person has been recognized as insane. Based on this, the criminal proceedings have been converted into a medical compulsory treatment case, 24News has reported from the Investigative Committee.
As a safety measure, medical supervision has been applied to him.
