Pre-signing of Peace Agreement by Yerevan and Baku Changes Atmosphere in the Caucasus: Grigoryan
The pre-signing of a peace agreement by Yerevan and Baku has changed the atmosphere in the Caucasus. This was stated by Armenia's National Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan during a panel discussion in Doha with the participation of Azerbaijani President's Assistant Hikmet Hajiyev.
“Now we are discussing not the conflict itself, but how to strengthen peace and how to institutionalize it,” Grigoryan noted.
According to him, the ratification of the peace agreement in the future and the unblocking of communications in the region are part of the process of institutionalizing the agreements reached between Baku and Yerevan in Washington on August 8.
