Over 900 People Die in Floods in Indonesia
In Indonesia's Sumatra Island, 908 people have been reported dead due to flooding, with more than 4,200 injured. This information was provided by the Indonesian National Disaster Management Agency. More than 400 individuals are considered missing, and the disaster has destroyed over 100,000 homes.
In the past week, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, and Thailand have experienced the effects of cyclones, with the total death toll across these three countries exceeding 1,400.
