The end of the OSCE Minsk Group's activities is a vital step that supports the peace process, stated OSCE Chairperson Elina Valtonen during the OSCE ministerial meeting.
She also added that there is positive progress in the peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan, and that the decision to dissolve the Minsk Group and its associated structures supports this process. It also helps to eliminate the main obstacle to approving the OSCE budget, Valtonen said.
