We Must Stop Speaking About the Former Leaders: Nikol Pashinyan
The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, has stated that there should be a cessation of discussions regarding past leaders.
“We must stop speaking about former leaders because there is nothing left to say. What haven’t we said? Even regarding the package we published on the Nagorno-Karabakh issue, it indicates that there is no more to discuss. The publication of the package, from my point of view, serves as evidence of the points I was making, which are outlined here and there,” he articulated.
He emphasized that their strategy focuses on numerous vital issues, but the state and national interests must remain at the core of these discussions. He further remarked, “In my opinion, they are no longer competitors. They haven’t been for a long time. Continuously dwelling on the past poses a problem as we have numerous important matters to address, which we are not discussing merely because we have to prove the obvious, what has already been proven.”
