The Absence of the Key West Document is a Question of the Love Triangle Between Levon Ter-Petrosyan, Robert Kocharian, and Serzh Sargsyan: Rubinyan
In a conversation with journalists, Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Ruben Rubinyan stated that when people say that we have surrendered Artsakh, it means ignoring the blood that has been shed.
Regarding the Key West document, Rubinyan said that its absence is a question of the love triangle between Levon Ter-Petrosyan, Robert Kocharian, and Serzh Sargsyan.
“These questions are not directed at us; we came in 2018, and whatever document has been passed by the co-chairs has been published, but the Key West document was never there,” he noted.
Rubinyan added that if Robert Kocharian denies and claims that the published document regarding the surrender of Meghri is false, that is already his internal family matter with Levon Ter-Petrosyan.
“Let them throw accusations at each other about who is lying, especially since they are now living through their honeymoon phase together. They should sit comfortably by the candlelight and discuss who is deceiving whom,” the member of the ruling party remarked.
He stated that in this matter, he is inclined to believe the first President of Armenia, who provided the document.
