The Case of the Distribution of Archbishop Arshak Khachatryan's Videos Will Be Investigated by the Prosecutor's Office
The public organization "Civic Consciousness" has filed a report with the Prosecutor's Office regarding the violation of the privacy of Archbishop Arshak Khachatryan, the head of the Mother See's administration. This was confirmed to Auroranews by the Prosecutor General's Office.
"Yes, we have received it and have initiated proceedings in accordance with the law," the Prosecutor's Office stated.
It is noteworthy that on October 25, videos allegedly featuring Archbishop Arshak Khachatryan were circulated online, prompting a number of lawyers, human rights defenders, and civil society organizations to assert that there has been a violation of the right to personal and private life.
