Dust Levels Exceed Permissible Concentration
The Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center has reported on the air quality in Yerevan from July 30 to August 5. The dust levels exceeded the permissible concentration, particularly in the Center on July 31, August 2, 3, and 5, in Arabkir on August 4, while New Nork and Shengavit did not exceed the limits.
The levels of nitrogen dioxide also exceeded the permissible concentration, with readings in the Center for almost the entire week, in New Nork on August 1, 3, and 5, in Arabkir on August 3, and did not exceed the limits in Shengavit.
Meanwhile, sulfur dioxide levels did not exceed the permissible concentration.
