Investigative Actions at Florence Restaurant Owned by Karen Karapetyan
The Florence restaurant remains closed due to ongoing investigative activities. Reports surfaced on social media stating that yesterday, investigators from the Investigative Committee entered the venue owned by former Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan.
All scheduled events have been postponed, and those present in the restaurant were asked to leave. The criminal case that prompted these actions is unrelated to the restaurant’s operations; it turns out to involve a case of hooliganism.
The Press Secretary of the Investigative Committee, Kima Avdalyan, informed Auroranews that investigative actions are being carried out during the pre-trial investigation of the criminal case initiated due to the hooliganism incident. There are no detainees or arrests reported. The restaurant remains closed at this time.
