Arthur Sargsyan is in Custody and Confident He Will Be Arrested
While the National Assembly of Armenia is reviewing the request of the Prosecutor General Anna Vardapetyan to lift the immunity of Arthur Sargsyan, a member of the "Armenia" faction, Sargsyan has gone to the Investigative Committee of Armenia, confident that he will be arrested.
"These detentions reflect their fears, and nothing will end with our imprisonment. I am confident that our Armenian nation will rise up and remove these treacherous authorities," Sargsyan stated.
It is noteworthy that 62 deputies voted in favor of the proposal to lift the immunity of MP Arthur Sargsyan.
