US Embassy Issues Statement in Armenia
The US Embassy in Armenia has announced that when reviewing visa applications, they consider all available information to identify individuals whose entry into the United States may not be authorized, including for national security reasons.
The embassy stated, "Since 2019, the United States has required applicants for immigrant and non-immigrant visas to include their social media account information in their applications."
