Disorder in Paris: Cars Set on Fire, Stores and Restaurants Damaged
The victory of French club PSG in the Champions League has sparked unrest in Paris. During the championship celebrations, police detained about 300 individuals. "According to the latest police data, 294 people were arrested during the celebrations in Paris. Several individuals broke into a shoe store located on the Champs-Élysées. Just there, the police arrested about 30 people," the statement said.
During the unrest, cars were set on fire. In the city center, in addition to vehicles, stores and restaurants were also damaged.
It should be noted that yesterday PSG achieved a decisive victory of 5-0 against Milan's Inter and has become the Champions League champion for the first time in its history.
