No Peace Agreement Will Be Signed: Kocharyan
No peace agreement will be signed; it will merely be a document about how Prime Minister Pashinyan will continue his political career. This was stated by the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, in an interview with media outlets.
"The issue of prisoners does not interest this government; there are captives who could come here and somehow organize the issues of Artsakh refugees, which this government does not want," he noted.
