Russian-Ukrainian Negotiations Begin in Istanbul
Russian-Ukrainian negotiations have commenced in Istanbul, according to RIA Novosti.
It is noted that earlier in the morning, trilateral talks took place in Istanbul involving delegations from Turkey, the United States, and Ukraine.
The U.S. delegation was composed of Secretary of State Rubion, Special Envoy Kellogg, and Ambassador Barak, while the Ukrainian delegation included Head of the Office of the President Yermak, Defense Minister Umerev, and Foreign Minister Sibigyan.
Umerev considered the trilateral discussions with the U.S. and Turkey in Istanbul to be effective.
