Serious Pressure Has Begun, They Are Dismissing My Teammates and Friends: Martun Grigoryan
Armenian National Assembly deputy from the ‘Honor’ faction and former candidate for the mayor of Gyumri (from the ‘Our City’ alliance), Martun Grigoryan, has announced that serious pressure has started against him, with his teammates, friends, and acquaintances being dismissed.
“There are already several individuals who have been unjustly dismissed and are specifically associated with me, and I expect further processes in the near future, which will result in a collective response to those actions. It is clear that they cannot swallow it, but they must take into account the people of Gyumri and the votes received during the elections. In any case, there are more people in the city who do not want the ‘Civil Contract’ party. Out of 47,000 participants in the elections, 17,000 voted for the ‘Civil Contract’, while the rest did not want the ‘Civil Contract’,” he stated.
Responding to a journalist’s observation that the ‘Civil Contract’ party claims victory, Grigoryan sarcastically remarked, “Well, let them celebrate that victory.”
“Why do they want to turn the city of Gyumri upside down?” he asked.
