I Am Not a Scoundrel, I Am Honest: Andranik Kocharyan
Member of the National Assembly of Armenia from the My Step Alliance, Andranik Kocharyan, delivered a speech during the discussion on the proposal to create a parliamentary ethics committee regarding himself. "I am not a scoundrel, I am honest, and honesty is a past path," said Kocharyan.
He questioned what was understood from his words to the journalist, "Clean your lips." He noted that he had used harsher language towards Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan and had responded similarly to the journalist's remarks.
Kocharyan assured that he does not intimidate journalists, stating, "If they are really oppressed, why do they come the next day to take an interview from me? They should remain oppressed and boycott me; why don’t you do that?"
