Rain and Thunderstorms Expected: Weather in Armenia

Rain and thunderstorms are expected across the territory of the Republic of Armenia on the afternoon of May 1, during the night of May 2-3 in certain regions, as well as on the afternoons of May 2 and 4. Significant rain is anticipated on the afternoon of May 2 in some areas. The nights of May 1 and 4 are expected to be dry.

It is noted that during thunderstorms, wind gusts may intensify to 18-22 m/s. The air temperature is expected to rise gradually by 4-7 degrees on May 1.

In Yerevan, brief rain and thunderstorms are also forecasted on the evening of May 1, and from May 2-5, with wind gusts during thunderstorms reaching 15-18 m/s. On the first day of May, daytime temperatures in the capital will range from 24 to 26 degrees Celsius, while evening temperatures will drop to +17...+19 degrees.
