Prosecutor's Office Initiates Criminal Proceedings on Brawl at Nor Nork Municipality

Today, a criminal case has been initiated regarding an incident that occurred at the office of the head of the Nor Nork administrative district, under the provisions of Point 1 and 5 of Part 2 of Article 195 of the Criminal Code (physical impact by a group of individuals). This was reported by Kim Avdalyan, spokesperson for the Prosecutor's Office.

Recall that a brawl took place at the Nor Nork municipality. Activist Arthur Chakhoyan wanted to meet with the district head regarding the controversial construction of a kindergarten and playground. Municipal employees prohibited the meeting, resulting in a physical altercation.
