Reasons for Artush Gabrielyan's Detention Revealed
The Anti-Corruption Committee of the Republic of Armenia has reported that an evidentiary action has been conducted at the Shengavit seat of the First Instance Criminal Court of Yerevan today, with the participation of a representative of the judicial authority of the Republic of Armenia, in connection with cases of bribery, receiving bribes, and facilitating bribery under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code of Armenia.
It is noteworthy that the Anti-Corruption Committee is carrying out investigative actions regarding Judge Artush Gabrielyan of the First Instance Criminal Court of Yerevan's Shengavit seat.
Today, on April 29, a trial related to the 44-day war was taking place at the Shengavit seat of the First Instance Criminal Court of Yerevan, presided over by Judge Artush Gabrielyan.
