Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister on Armenia's Territorial Integrity
Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs Majid Takht Ravanchi, addressing Iran's clear position on Armenia's territorial integrity, stated that the Islamic Republic of Iran continues to uphold its stance on the unchanging nature of geopolitical issues in the region. This was reported by IRNA.
During a meeting with Armenia's Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador Grigor Hakobyan, Takht Ravanchi emphasized that the development of relations with Armenia holds special significance in the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and all necessary preconditions for this are in place.
Hakobyan, congratulating on the 46th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution's victory, noted that deepening relations based on mutual respect and trust is of particular importance for the government and people of Armenia.
