Vitaly Balasanyan Publishes Letter Sent to Pashinyan, Aliyev, and Putin in 2024
The former Secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh, Vitaly Balasanyan, has published a letter addressed to the authorities of Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Russia, which, according to his post, was sent on November 21, 2024.
In the letter, he appeals to the parties of the trilateral statement (November 9, 2020) to address the issue of the return of Artsakh residents to the Nagorno-Karabakh region and to ensure their safety.
