Representatives of Armenia and Turkey Meet at the Armenian-Turkish Border
Representatives of Armenia and Turkey met at the Armenian-Turkish border to discuss the reopening of the Aghurjik-Akyaka railway crossing. This was announced by Ruben Rubinyan, the Vice Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia, during a broadcast on Public Television.
“The meeting took place in the context of the agreements reached during the last meeting. We had agreed that the parties would conduct a technical assessment of the needs necessary for the reopening of the Aghurjik-Akyaka railway crossing,” stated Rubinyan.
