Russian Embassy in Armenia Issues Statement
The Russian Embassy in Armenia has issued a statement: "Today marks the fourth anniversary of the adoption of the statement by the leaders of Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Russia on November 9, 2020, which made it possible to cease hostilities in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone and laid the groundwork for the normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
Subsequently, the provisions of the November 9, 2020 statement have been developed in trilateral statements on January 11 and November 26, 2021, as well as on October 31, 2022.
Russia is, as before, prepared to provide partnership support based on the trilateral agreements reached between the leaders of Russia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan in 2020-2022 for the successful conclusion of negotiations between Baku and Yerevan, in the form and volume required by both negotiating parties."
