The Anti-Corruption Court has accepted for consideration another lawsuit from the Prosecutor General's Office regarding the confiscation of assets of illegal origin on September 30, 2024.
The Asset Forfeiture Division of the Prosecutor General's Office has filed a request with the court to seize, on behalf of the Republic of Armenia, from Alexander Sargsyan, a former member of the National Assembly and brother of Serzh Sargsyan, as well as from individuals connected to him: 4 real estate properties, 8 movable assets, participation in 5 legal entities, and 5 billion 92 million drams.
