Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin Files Lawsuit Against State Revenue Committee
The Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin has filed a lawsuit against the State Revenue Committee, demanding the annulment of customs inspection act No. 0011-A dated April 14, 2026, issued by the Department of Post-Release Control and Inspections. The lawsuit also challenges the decision No. 41/22 made by the Complaints Commission of the Tax and Customs Authorities of the Republic of Armenia on June 11, 2026, regarding the same customs inspection act.
The submitted claim has been assigned to Administrative Court Judge Elena Arakelyan. The court has accepted the application and decided to conduct the proceedings in written form.
