Israel Rejects Conditions of Gaza Peace Plan

Israel has rejected the conditions of a 15-point plan proposed by the Peace Council for the resolution of Gaza, as announced by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

It is noteworthy that the mentioned document was publicized as a component of the 'roadmap' for an agreement between Israel and Hamas, which envisages the complete disarmament of the organization.

“The Israel Defense Forces will not withdraw their troops until Hamas is disarmed. And when I say 'disarmament,' I mean heavy weapons, light weapons, all kinds of weapons. And we are talking about real disarmament, not fictitious disarmament. We are discussing this issue with the Americans; they have ideas, some of which are acceptable to us, and some are not,” Netanyahu emphasized.
