Power Outage Again During Noah-Pyunik Match at Abovyan Stadium
Political commentator Hakob Badalyan's post: "During today's Armenian league match between Noah and Pyunik at Abovyan Stadium, the electricity went out again. Of course, it wasn't for half an hour like during Noah's European cup match a few weeks ago, but it was out for about 7-8 minutes. If I'm not mistaken, this is yet another incident of power outage at this stadium, which supposedly underwent renovation with UEFA's financial support three or four years ago.
Moreover, during Noah's European cup match, the electricity provider issued a statement regarding the outage, claiming that they were not responsible and that the problem lies with the substation under the stadium's management. It turns out that there is indeed an ongoing issue that has manifested multiple times during matches, including during a European cup game, and this problem has not been resolved.
This, of course, is not related to the game itself. The connection lies with management responsibility and effectiveness, or rather, the lack thereof. Once again, in no field of life today, including football, are there any minor details. The quality of the industry depends on even the smallest details. The guarantee of progress is thoroughness."
