Biden Says He Will Not Pardon Son in His Judicial Case
U.S. President Joe Biden stated in an interview that he will not pardon his son, Hunter Biden, who stands before a federal court on charges of possession of a firearm. Biden made this comment during an interview with ABC News and responded 'yes' when asked by a reporter if he would accept a verdict in Hunter's case.
The President also answered 'yes' when queried whether he would exclude granting a pardon to his son. Hunter Biden is accused of lying to a licensed firearms dealer, providing false information required for background checks. In the application, the President's son claimed he was not a drug user, which has been shown to be untrue, and he illegally possessed a handgun for 11 days.
