The leading member of the Armenian national gymnastics team, Arthur Davtyan, has won a gold medal at the World Cup in Cairo, which is nearing its conclusion. Davtyan was unmatched in the vault event.
It is noteworthy that earlier, in the rings event of the Cairo World Cup stage, Vahagn Davtyan secured a silver medal. The World Cup stages are qualifying events for the 33rd Summer Olympic Games in Paris.
